Mineral Circles Bearings formally announces today its participation at Automechanika Dubai from the 7th-9th of May 2017 to showcase the new face of the MCB brand as well as NTN-SNR<\/a>‘s HEAVY DUTY EP3 High Load grease, and ILJIN’s Tapered Roller Bearings (TRB).<\/p>\n

Hassanein Alwan, Marketing Director, says that this annual automotive aftermarket trade show is the best venue to highlight the brand changes and the company’s product diversification efforts due to its consistent large visitor and exhibitor turnout.<\/p>\n

“Preparations are underway so we can surpass last year’s performance where we welcomed about 600 visitors from the region apart from hosting top manufacturers from the bearing industry such as NTN-SNR, MBS, and ILJIN,” <\/em>he adds.<\/p>\n

MCB Rebrands <\/strong><\/p>\n

In celebration of its 15th anniversary, MCB brand unveils its new face to reflect the continuous development of its quality product range that includes grease, universal joint, and bearings. The latter, which are made from forged GCr15 steel that have undergone demagnetization, anti-corrosion treatment, and Shell lubrication during manufacturing, continuous to be distinct from its competitors in terms of performance as well as cost competitiveness.<\/p>\n

NTN-SNR HEAVY DUTY High Load Grease <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

In coordination with NTN-SNR experts, Mineral Circles Bearings will launch the improved HEAVY DUTY EP3 High Load grease suitable for the high humidity and hot temperatures of Middle East and Africa (MEA).<\/p>\n

This NLGI grade 3 lubrication solution has increased anti-corrosion and anti-friction capabilities fit for applications such as truck wheel hubs or high-powered electric motors.<\/p>\n

ILJIN Tapered Roller Bearings (TRB)\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

South Korean OE supplier, ILJIN, enters the MEA market with its quality tapered roller bearing range.<\/p>\n

Set to introduce TRB, Mineral Circles Bearings chose to highlight this product’s quality in terms of better combined load capabilities and increased service life made possible by its inner or outer races that are engineered to allow equal distribution of stress as well as low friction torque even in high debris environment.<\/p>\n
