What is NTN ULTAGE\u00ae?<\/h2>\n

NTN ULTAGE\u00ae is a manufacturing technology developed by NTN Japan engineers with the goal of reducing maintenance costs while increasing the service life and rotational speed of industrial bearings. It was coined by combining the terms “ultimate” and “step.”<\/p>\n

The ULTAGE\u00ae bearing series can withstand severe operating conditions, harsh environments, vibrations, or load imbalances thanks to improved design elements, steel quality, and heat treatment methods, making it the best option for the Middle East and Africa’s industrial sector.<\/p>\n

NTN Spherical Roller Bearings ULTAGE<\/p>\n

The output of NTN SRB ULTAGE\u00ae range spherical roller bearings (SRB) can last 2-5 times longer than standard ones, depending on the type of SRB. These have the highest load capacity in the industry and are known to withstand high temperatures of up to 200\u00b0C thanks to NTN<\/a> engineers’ wide roller design.<\/p>\n

Other distinguishing characteristics include:<\/p>\n

Load and Speed\u2014considered to be the world’s fastest and most load-carrying vehicle.<\/a><\/p>\n

Cage Strength- Some forms have up to a 55%<\/a> improvement in strength over normal SRB.<\/p>\n
