We’re on the lookout for a Sales Executive to join our ever-growing competitive team in Dubai. To be successful in this role, you are a person that is service-oriented, well-organized, should have a strong sales profile and service-oriented, and be able to act with minimum guidance.
- Build a remarkably close relationship with customers,
- Provide the finest customer service.
- Know the customer and their conditions and capacity in the market.
- Develop a daily, weekly, and seasonal communication mechanism, and establish bridges to deepen mutual understanding and integration.
- Search for new clients and Promote sales by introducing the company’s products and services.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms.
- Managing inquires with suitable pricing.
- Follow-up on customer quotations to close deals.
- Process sales orders and follow up on shipment.
- Sends order confirmation to Logistics team and follow up with them and the customers regarding the status of the shipment.
- Follow up customer aftersales feedback.
Skills & Experience
- Fluency in Arabic and French
- Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- 3 years’ Experience in B2B sales with Automotive / Industrial Spare parts is a plus.
- Well organized and high level of dedication.
- Innovative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent team player.
- University degree: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
