- Should have Knowledge on OnPrem Active Directory, and Office 365
- Must be proficieint in Microsoft Technologies on Infrastructure
- Should be able to take ownership of end user troubleshooting
- Respond to technical requests and outages, resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Provide expertise and advice on appropriate use, forecasting needs and offering
- Should be proficient in Avaya IP office , Sonicwall Firewalls and switches
- Must have experience working as desktop and end user support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience working in IT operations
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
