We are looking for a Sales Superstar who’s a native Arabic | French | Russian speaker with strong English communication skills!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a remarkably close relationship with customers, provide the finest service that a customer needs, get to know them and understand their conditions and capacity in the market, develop a daily, weekly, and seasonal communication mechanism, and establish bridges to deepen mutual understanding and integration.
  • Search for new clients and Promote sales by introducing the company’s products and services.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms.
  • Managing inquires with suitable pricing.
  • Follow-up on customer quotations to close deals.
  • Process sales orders and follow up on shipment
  • Sends order confirmation to Logistics team and follow up with them and the customers regarding the status of the shipment.
  • Follow up customer aftersales feedback.

Professional skills:

  • Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Background in B2B sales with Automotive / Industrial parts experience.
  • Well organized with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of competency in communication via calls.
  • Excellent team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Education: University degree: Bachelor’s / Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic or Russian or French and English
