We are looking for a Sales Superstar who’s a Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills!
- Build a remarkably close relationship with customers, provide the finest service that a customer needs, get to know them and understand their conditions and capacity in the market, develop a daily, weekly, and seasonal communication mechanism, and establish bridges to deepen mutual understanding and integration.
- Search for new clients and Promote sales by introducing the company’s products and services.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms.
- Managing inquires with suitable pricing.
- Follow-up on customer quotations to close deals.
- Process sales orders and follow up on shipment
- Sends order confirmation to Logistics team and follow up with them and the customers regarding the status of the shipment.
- Follow up customer aftersales feedback.
- Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Background in B2B sales with Automotive / Industrial parts experience.
- Well organized with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of competency in communication via calls.
- Excellent team player with a high level of dedication.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Education: University degree: Bachelor’s / Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English
