Belt tension is measured, not judged by thumb pressure. Pulley and sprocket alignment is set with laser tooling. Chain elongation, sprocket profile and coupling element condition are measured against defined replacement limits.
The result is a drive that transmits the power it was specified for, at the noise, temperature and vibration levels it was designed to run at, and bearings either side that are no longer carrying loads they were never sized for.

Recurring drive maintenance is commonly set up as a periodic visit under a supply frame agreement, so the components you consume regularly are already on the shelf when the visit is scheduled.
