We are on the lookout for a Sales Engineer to join our growing, competitive team in Dubai. To thrive here you are service-oriented and well-organized, with a strong sales profile and the confidence to act with minimal guidance.
Responsabilités
- Find new clients for MRO products (spare parts & services).
- Schedule appointments to meet prospective customers.
- Visit industrial end users to introduce our products and services.
- Follow up with promising and potential customers.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms.
- Check parts availability with the sourcing department.
- Manage inquiries with suitable pricing.
- Follow up on quotations to close deals.
- Process sales orders and send confirmations to the logistics team.
- Follow up on payment and after-sales feedback.
- Build close relationships with customers to deliver the best service.
- Communicate with different departments internally.
- Make cold calls to prospective customers.
Compétences et expérience
- Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Background in power transmission (bearings, chain, belt, gears, sprockets).
- Proactive, innovative, and self-driven.
- Well-organized with strong problem-solving instincts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent team player with a high level of dedication. Valid driving license.
- Formation
- BSc / BA / MSc in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field (required).
- Langues
- Proficiency in English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Expérience
- Minimum 5 years in sales of technical products, preferably power transmission (bearings, chain, belt, gearbox, sprockets).
