Technique corrected as it happens
Participants carry out the work themselves while an engineer observes. Errors are corrected at the moment they occur, which is the only point at which a fitting habit is realistically going to change.
Because the exercises use your own assemblies, tooling and typical failures, the session doubles as a review of current practice, and usually surfaces two or three things worth fixing immediately.
Work instructions, and a tooling view
You receive written work instructions for the tasks covered, plus competency observations for each participant. Where the workshop is missing tooling that correct practice requires, we flag it and quote the equivalent.
We bring demonstration tooling to every session, so the team can compare what they currently use against what the manufacturer method actually calls for before anything is purchased.
