No repair scope before inspection
Every job begins with a strip-down inspection and measured findings. You receive the wear measurements and a parts list, and approve the repair scope, before any component is ordered or any work is carried out.
That sequence avoids the two usual outcomes: a unit repaired past the point of economic sense, and a unit returned with the failed part replaced but the cause of the failure untouched.
Reassembled to documented values
Backlash, axial float and running clearances are set and recorded on reassembly. Bearings, seals and gaskets are replaced to the specification the duty requires, drawn from the ranges we distribute.
The unit is test-run and observed for temperature, noise and leakage before it is returned, and it comes back with a full repair record: inspection findings, parts replaced, clearances set and test observations.
Supplier and service provider, under one accountability.
Most service providers do not hold the parts, and most parts suppliers do not hold the instruments. Since 1984 we have done both, which is why a finding and its remedy arrive together.
