The starting point is twelve months of usage history and your critical item list. Items are selected for repeatability and criticality, not simply for volume, because a low-volume item that stops a line matters more than a fast mover that does not.
Pricing is fixed for the term across the agreed list, and stock commitment is scheduled against forecast volumes. Lists are reviewed periodically as your equipment and consumption change.

You receive periodic reporting on call-offs, coverage and slow-moving lines, which keeps the agreement honest: items that are no longer consumed come off the list rather than quietly accumulating on the shelf.
