From the MD

Built one customer at a time.

From the day MCB started, the company has been built on one principle: the right part, on time, every time. My job is to make that promise survive every year of growth — across new markets, new product lines, and new customers.

The aftermarket is unforgiving. A wrong cross-reference costs a customer a day. A late shipment costs them a week. Our discipline is to make sure that doesn't happen — and when it does, we own it.

Thank you to the customers who keep coming back. The trust is mutual, and it's the only thing this business is really built on.
